The work includes a mix of health, education, and government projects, both new builds and refurbishments typically ranging from $5M to $25M. This is a hands-on delivery role, ideal for a capable PM who’s confident managing timelines, budgets, teams, and stakeholders. You’ll be empowered to run your site your way, backed by solid systems, experienced peers, and head office support. No need to list the duties, if you’re a PM, you’ll know what’s expected. What matters here is your ability to deliver safe, high-quality work while keeping everyone informed and engaged throughout the process. Typically they deliver the following types of projects: Schools Health builds Sports/Leisure State/Federal govt. building projects Community buildings Are you suitable? We’re looking for someone with strong experience in regional commercial builds, ideally within education, healthcare, or civic infrastructure. You’ll need to be a clear communicator, strong leader, and confident operator.
